Prior to closing on your H&H Home, you received a copy of your Warranty & Homeowners Guide. The procedures established in this guide assure that your warranty request will be addressed in a timely fashion. General maintenance matters, which are the responsibility of the homeowner, will not be considered as warranty service items. Please refer to your warranty manual to help determine if warranty service is needed.
H&H Homes is pleased to provide a customer care website to help you submit and track your service request. We highly recommend you submit your request during the 10th month of your ownership unless it is an issue that needs immediate attention. You may at any time contact the subcontractor directly that is listed on your utility list. Your unique, secure sign-in Name and Password are on the inside front cover of your Warranty Guide. If you have misplaced those items call our Customer Care department.
